Русская версия >On popular demand, the international community “For Gaddafi and his people” is publishing the ideological course for the future development of the community.

Based on the ideas of the Green Book and the teachings of Lenin and Marx, the main goal of our community is the establishment of a socialist system in national states and the subsequent spread of socialism and democracy around the world.

This includes:

• Implementation of a socialist economy in which all the people own public property and the means of production. A system in which the salary of employees is based on work undertaken by them, without expropriation of any part of this salary by a capitalist (Social parasitism),
• Organization through The People's Commitees which means that governmental decision making will depend from popular participation.

After having received feedback from members and after having analized internal votes, we have drafted the following course of ideological development:

• To actively cooperate with all movements, parties and individuals who support the implementation of a socialist economy within their state. To collaborate and assist organizing demonstrations, meetings, forums, marches and other public events.
• To refuse cooperation with any liberal movements which pursue further liberalization of a state, liberal movements and individuals participating in the privatization of people’s national resources, formation of liberal constitutions and laws, and finally with those who call upon support of a political government pursuing such goals. To reject cooperation with liberal movements, both within the government and as part of the opposition.
• To develop methods of forming The People’s Commitees, possibly with an effect of an International Socialist People’s Movement.

Liberal capitalism is an inhumane system which allows private ownership of people’s resources and exploitation of whole nations in the interests of small oligarcy groups. Therefore we deem the support of liberal elements, both in the governmental system as within the opposition unacceptable.

The existing constitutions represent interests and values of the capitalist oligarchy. They are unable to maintain progressive and prosperous development of a country. Additionally, the Liberal regimes are unable to provide assistance to our ideological allies on the international arena.

For this reason our community refuses to support the domestic policy of our National government in relation to each harmful decision towards our national interests or the ideas of the Green Book:

• The construction of NATO bases which permit military interventions into other states.
• Entry/participation in the WTO organization, which requires to pay compensation for the capitalist owners in case of nationalization and expropriation of people's resources. This, while the current owners obtained the property illigitemately in the first place.
• The “new wave of privatization”, which allows to sell out national resources, means of production, science and transportation to private, foreign investors.
• Refusal to persecute the liberal oligarchy, who has illegally seized power and people's property.

Our community condems the policy of our government and the tretcherous action towards the Libyan Socialist Jamahiriya government:

• Multiple statements by our governments about the loss of legitimacy of the Libyan pro-Gaddafi government,
• Complicity in the draft of resolution 1973, which intentionally allows a military intervention within internal affairs of a sovereign state with a subsequent destruction of the legitimate authority of Libya.
• Cooperation in the privatization and plunder of Libyan national resources, denial to investigate massive human rights violations.
• Refusal to criminally persecute terrorists which have committed humanitarian violations against the majority of the Libyan population in support of Muammar Gaddafi and the Green Book.

The international community “For Gaddafi and his people” will remain committed to the ideas of socialism. We will continue notifying the public about what is happening in Libya, in the world and in our countries. We will maintain promoting the ideas of the Green Book.
