Libya has seen several attacks against the authorities and Western interests, which have been blamed on «Islamists»… rather the REAL GREEN RESISTANCE!
On Tuesday, 25,06.2013, Green Resistance killed six RAT «soldiers» in a dawn attack on their checkpoint in Khuchum al-Kheil, south of Sirte.

Libya’s RAT «authorities» are battling to establish «military» and «security» institutions capable of «restoring» THEIR law and order and THEIR state authority in the face of a well armed Geen Resistance, who fought Kadhafi’s forces, and is still loyal to the Jamahiriya.

There are also other militia groups, who fight for their own personal interests in the gamble of Libyas wealth.
Libya’s defence minister will be removed from his post following fierce clashes between rival armed militias in the capital Tripoli in which 10 people were killed and more than 100 injured, Prime Minister Ali Zeidan said on Thursday.

Libyan Health Minister Nurideen Doghman said five people had been killed and 97 wounded in Wednesday’s clashes. That came after five were killed and 20 wounded in fighting on Tuesday.

In a separate incident in the southern desert town of Sabha, two people were killed and 17 were injured when three car bombs exploded in different areas late on Wednesday.

In Benghazi the Green Resistance staged on the 15.06.2013, overnight attacks on at least six «security» buildings and outposts throughout Libya’s eastern city of Benghazi, killing five RAT «soldiers» and 11 wounded, RAT officials said on Saturday.

The coordinated assault began just after midnight on Saturday, with rocket-propelled grenades and heavy weapons. The First RAT «Infantry Brigade» was forced to withdraw from its headquarters when the assailants stormed the building. Two army vehicles were destroyed in the clashes and one «security» building was burnt down.

The assaults, which included snipers, rocket-propelled grenades and explosives thrown on to rooftops, came after a number of smaller targeted attacks and assassinations of «security officials» (means RATS) in the city over the past several months. A spokesman for the RAT`s chief of staff, Ali el-Sheikhy, said «no group had claimed responsibility» for attacks. Even that everyone is aware of the Green Resistance fighters. Rat-Officials have not announced any arrests…

According to independend news sources; Many (foreigners) are now considering leaving Tripoli following an attack on the Italian ambassador’s car this week and the wrecking of the French embassy with a car bomb in April.And the attacks on the British and American consulates in Benghazi last year, the latter ending in the death of US ambassador Chris Stevens, have seen most foreigners leave the city of Benghazi…
